We’ve packed a whole heap of strategic and technical expertise into our experienced team. Each of us brings different skills to your project, but we all share the same motivation – to help our clients do good, better.
- Barry is our General Manager and he’s led teams in London, Sydney and Perth across a variety of verticals and platforms. Key experience in Solution Design, Marketing Automation and Strategy. Proud dad to Twins, acting Head of Dad Jokes, and is incredibly committed to doing good, better.
- Cass is Dux’s Production Manager, with 15 years’ experience in production and operation roles in digital and traditional media agencies, both here in Perth and in London, UK. When she’s not running around after her cheeky one-year-old, Cass likes to spend her free time watching sports, cooking, travelling, and enjoying nature.
- Christine is Dux’s paid ads specialist with extensive experience in supporting company growth through evidence-based Google Ads strategies. When she isn’t smashing your SEM targets, you’ll find her walking her cat or cooking one of her top-five dishes.
- Douglas is Dux’s Account Manager, with over 10 years of experience in communications & marketing across healthcare organisations, NFPs, tech and start-ups. A creative at heart and a shameless bookworm, he’s also the Dux team member you’d want to pick for a trivia night.
- Emma is Dux’s Junior Digital Marketing Specialist, with a degree in Marketing, Advertising & Public Relations, and a Cert IV in Business Management. Fashion enthusiast, French speaker & beach lover, when she’s not at work, Emma channels her creativity by transforming charity shop finds into unique pieces.
- Justin is Dux’s Managing Director, with over twenty years’ experience working across web development, marketing and advertising. From his first job designing CD ROMs in the 90s to a UX, Design, Marketing & Digital all-rounder, today, Justin’s most important job is as a loving father to three kids, two guinea pigs, and one dog.
- Lowri is Dux’s SEO manager. With a marketing degree, she has experience using best practices to help small and medium-sized businesses grow organic traffic. Outside of Dux, she enjoys fishing, surfing, and cooking.
- Mark has over 15 years of agency experience in web development and has developed websites of all sizes and capabilities. Senior developer, sci-fi nerd, and custodian of a tiny dog named Pikachu, Mark is the expert in all things WordPress, PHP, html5, Sass/CSS and jQuery/Javascript.
- Omar is Dux’s digital marketing manager, with over eight years of experience working on SEO, paid advertising and social media management projects for businesses of various sizes and industries. A keen outdoor enthusiast, he spends his free time hiking and driving long distances to see Australia’s majestic 4WD destinations.
- Xiaotong is a UI&UX Designer with 6 years of design experience across the agency, startup and small business landscapes. Outside of Dux, she spends time working out, travelling, watching movies and cooking.
- Rhiana has over 10 years experience strategising, implementing and optimising paid ads campaigns. She’s worked campaigns on some of Australia’s biggest brands and is passionate about delivering strong results for her clients and fostering positive relationships. In her spare time you can find Rhiana hanging out with her two cats, playing playstation or trialling a new recipe in her kitchen.
